What is Knight

You already know what to do

Get fit. Eat better. Save money. Drink less. Every man knows. What stops him is the excuse he tells himself. Knight is a coach in your pocket that learns your excuse, then holds you to your word, every day.

The Code

Four lines every Knight lives by

I

Keep your word.

Small promises, kept, beat big ones broken.
II

Never miss twice.

One slip is human. Two is a pattern.
III

Hold the line.

On hard days, do the minimum. It still counts.
IV

Lift another man.

No man becomes a Knight alone.

How it works

Three steps to becoming the hero

Swear it

A 15-minute conversation with your coach turns what you want into up to three pledges. You name your why, your excuse, and your plan for when you hear it.

I will train three mornings a week, 06:30. If I hear myself say “too tired”, I put my kit on and do ten minutes.

Report in

Your coach checks in, morning and evening. Kept, partly or missed. Honesty is never punished; silence is.

That’s your excuse again, almost word for word.

Hold the line

Hard week, short night? Knight eases off to your minimum, and it still scores. It never pushes a man who’s already stretched. Keep a pledge for six months and it’s forged into a habit, making room for the next.

Skip the full hour? Yes. Skip the session? No. Twenty minutes still counts.

The path

Earn your rank. Earn your armour.

Ranks take time and can’t be bought. Your armour is earned piece by piece, and kept for good.

Nicholas Knight in a coaching session

Built by a coach

“The men I coached never lacked a plan. They lacked someone holding them to it.”

Knight was built by Nicholas Knight, a qualified life coach. The method comes from real coaching sessions, not a fitness tracker.
